CORSO DI FORMAZIONE PER DIRETTORE TECNICO DELLA PRODUZIONE - GERMAN VERSION

COURSE OBJECTIVES AND CONTENT

The Production Technical Director (PTD) is a professional responsible for organizing and managing factory production control activities relating to the manufacture and processing of structural timber and engineered wood products. To obtain this qualification, the Italian Technical Standards for Construction (NTC 2018) require attendance at specific training courses.
In compliance with the Technical Regulation approved by the Superior Council of Public Works, the training course organized by Conlegno consists of 8 training modules, for a total of 32 hours.
The training activities are delivered remotely (online) during the first three days of the course and in person on the fourth day, in German. The final examination will also take place in person on the fourth day. Upon successful completion of the final examination, Conlegno will issue a qualification certificate valid for three years.

COURSE PROGRAMME

ALL MODULES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN GERMAN.

DAY 1 online
- 08:30 – 09:00: Connection check and participant attendance verification
- 09:00 – 13:00: Regulatory framework
- 14:00 – 18:00: Design principles in accordance with NTC 2018

DAY 2 online
- 08.45 - 09.00: Connection check and participant attendance verification
- 09.00 - 13.00: Principles of timber technology
- 14.00 - 18.00: Factory Production Control (FPC) and Quality Management System (QMS); Part One

DAY 3 online
- 08.45 - 09.00: Connection check and participant attendance verification
- 09.00 - 11.00: Factory Production Control (FPC) and Quality Management System (QMS); Part Two
- 11.00 - 13.00: Principles of building physics in the construction of timber engineering structures
- 14.00 - 15.00: Principles of building physics in the construction of timber engineering structures
- 15.00 - 18.00: Principles of assessment and investigation of existing structures

DAY 4 in person - Conlegno, Foro Buonaparte, 12 - 20121 Milano
- 08.15 - 08.30: Participant attendance verification
- 08.30 - 12.30: Acceptance controls in accordance with NTC 2018 and accompanying documentation
- 12.30 - 13.30: Light lunch
- 13.30 - 17.30: Strength grading
- 17.30 - 19.30: Final assessment test

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Access to the course is reserved for candidates who demostrate through Curriculum to have at leat the following requirements to partecipate to course
meet the minimum educational and professional experience requirements listed below.Applicants must satisfy one of the following criteria:

- Secondary technical school diploma graduation combined with job Experience at least seven consecutive years
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relevant to the sector (e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Forestry Sciences),                 combined with job Experience at least five consecutive years
- Master’s degree in a discipline relevant to the sector (e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Forestry Sciences),combined       with job Experience at least three consecutive years.

 

ACCESS TO THE ONLINE TRAINING PLATFORM

The course access details will be sent to participants by email a few days before the event. Participation will take place through the participant’s own computer. A minimum internet connection speed of 7 Mbps, a webcam, and a microphone are required. The presence of both a webcam and a microphone is mandatory; without them, participation in the course will not be possible.

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

- Participation in all training sessions
- Final assessment test
- Light lunch (for the in-person session)
- Qualification certificate (issued only upon successful completion of the final assessment test)
- Course slides and additional training materials (where applicable)

NB: The course fee must be paid in advance, no later than the start date of the course. Failure to do so will result in the participant not being admitted to the training session.


WITHDRAWALS AND COURSE CANCELLATION: Each participant has the right to withdraw from the course pursuant to Article 1373 of the Italian Civil Code by providing written notice via certified email (PEC) to segreteria@pec.conlegno.org or by email to formazione@conlegno.eu, under the following conditions:

• Up to 5 working days before the course start date, the participant may withdraw without incurring any charges;
• After the above deadline and up to the day of the course itself, the participant may withdraw upon payment of a fee equal to 25% of the registration fee;
• In the event of non-attendance without any prior cancellation notice, the participant shall be required to pay the full registration fee;
• Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, Conlegno reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course and will promptly inform all registered participants;
• Should the maximum classroom capacity be reached, Conlegno reserves the right to close registrations in order to ensure the proper delivery of the training activities.
